About

I am a Postdoctoral fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health and the Broad institute of Harvard and MIT working in the lab of Dr. Curtis Huttenohwer.I previously completed my PhD in Microbiology and Immunology at Dalhousie University under the supervision of Dr. Morgan Langille

My research is currently focused on studying high throughput sequencing data on microbial communities through the development of various bioinformatic tools and analysis of microbiome epidemiological studies. For my most recent publications check out my Google Scholar.
